Terms of Service

MathInsight AI provides guided explanations for mathematical problems. The service is intended for users age 13 or older. Do not rely on AI-generated results without checking important answers; some explanations, diagrams, and verification steps can be incorrect.

Accounts and use

You need a verified email address to use the commercial service. You are responsible for safeguarding your account. Do not upload images containing sensitive personal information, and only submit material you have the right to use. Abuse, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass limits may lead to suspended access.

Free and Pro

The Free plan includes three questions per account, not three each month. Math Pro costs $7.99 USD per month and includes 100 questions for each paid billing cycle. New credits are added only after Stripe confirms payment; unused cycle questions do not roll over. Applicable taxes, if any, are displayed at Checkout.

Renewal and cancellation

Math Pro automatically renews monthly until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription using the Account > Manage Billing link to Stripe's billing portal. Unless your subscription is refunded or reversed, canceled subscriptions ordinarily remain active until the end of the paid period. A failed payment may interrupt renewal access.

Refunds

See the Refunds and cancellation policy. If a full invoice refund or payment reversal is confirmed, remaining Pro access for that billing cycle may be revoked. Refund eligibility is reviewed individually and applicable law controls.

Availability and updates

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, third-party errors, or spending safeguards. We may update service terms and will communicate material changes as required by law.
