Refunds and Cancellation

Math Pro is a $7.99 USD monthly recurring subscription for 100 questions per paid billing cycle. You may cancel future renewals at any time through Account > Manage Billing. Cancellation stops future billing but does not itself reverse a completed charge.

Requesting a refund

Email the support address below with the account email and approximate purchase date. Do not send full card numbers. Refund requests are reviewed individually, including mistaken or duplicate charges, service failures, usage, and requirements of applicable law. This page does not promise an automatic or prorated refund. Applicable statutory refund rights are not limited by this policy.

After a refund

When Stripe confirms a full refund or payment reversal for a particular paid invoice, the corresponding Math Pro cycle's remaining access may be revoked. If a partial refund or a disputed charge cannot be safely reconciled automatically, support will review it.

Failed solves

When the Math solve fails before an answer is completed, the application's credit-reservation logic attempts to return the reserved question. If you believe a question was charged in error, contact support.
